Not necessarily. We can support participants and families through the NDIS access and planning process — even before a plan is in place. If your patient doesn't yet have NDIS funding, reach out and we'll advise on the best pathway.
Young Onset Dementia — diagnosed before age 65 — remains NDIS-eligible. We have deep experience navigating the transition from NDIS to aged care for patients approaching 65, ensuring continuity of specialist support rather than a cliff-edge handover.

Specialist Support Coordination typically commences within 1–2 weeks of referral. Home care timelines depend on the participant's specific needs and location. We will give you a clear expected timeline at intake.
